Lyons Hale is the founder of Lyons Hale and Company, a consulting and training firm focused on leadership, negotiation, communication, and performance under pressure. With 28 years of law enforcement experience and more than 20 years in leadership roles, including command of a statewide negotiations team, he brings practical experience to every engagement.
Since 2020, Hale has provided training and advisory support to law enforcement agencies, government and public-sector organizations, private industry, and leadership teams seeking stronger communication, better judgment, and more effective performance in demanding environments. In addition to his consulting work, he is a college instructor, author, speaker, and host of The Hale Yeah! Podcast.
